Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the program content remains the sole property of CAPS Solutions. Guest speakers may present materials owned by their respective institutions, in which case proper attribution will be provided. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for internal professional development purposes.

Data Protection
CAPS Solutions complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Participant data will be used solely for purposes related to programme delivery, communication, and internal quality improvement. Data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising in connection with the programme or these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
